Cross Culture Cuisine (CCC)

Cross Cultural Cuisine is designed for new comers to Canada, members of West Point Grey Baptist, and women in the local community. The intent is to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of each other's cultures and cuisines through cooking sessions, while nurturing closer interaction, bonding and support amongst our community.

NOVEMBER 16 Session:

Vivian Chen will be showing us how to cook spiced Chicken with Chili Sauce (a signature dish of Si Chuan province) and Glutinous Rice Rolls with Sweet Bean Flour (a signature snack of Beijing).

Also present will be Dr. Elaine Qin, one of Canada's most well-known experts in education. She is a mentor in the world-famous Duke of Edinburgh Awards, the founder of Canada Youth Education Society, and a member of Lions Clubs International. She advocates quality education for youths, and regularly holds charity workshops such as "Canada's Volunteer Culture" and "Quality Education Starts Now."
